Electronic Review for the Environment, Inc. has reviewed the notice of a proposed amendment to 20 Alaska Administrative Code (AAC) 25.280(f) which adds a provision for a 10 day public comment period and electronic posting of applications for Sundry Approvals for a well proposed for stimulation by hydraulic fracturing as defined in 20 AAC 25.283(m) and has the following comments:
The Commission proposed too short of a time to accept public comments. Ten (10) days time is not enough time to complete a review; please consider accepting public comments for 30 days.
