Dear Mr. Wagner,

The draft Crooked Creek TMDL that you are reviewing is a revision of an existing, approved temperature TMDL.  At the behest of EPA, we revise these older temperature TMDLs to meet more current methods and practices for producing temperature TMDLs.  It is a relatively small watershed and a lower priority with regard to our workload in TMDL development.  Although we feel there is no need to extend the comment period, please continue with your review as soon as possible and we will accept and consider your comments when provided.  Thank you for your interest and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

 Respectfully,

Mark L. Shumar
