I reviewed the notice regarding the Warden Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant - Opportunity to Request a Public Comment Period for the application submitted by OB-3 Resources Management, the operator of the City of Warden's industrial wastewater treatment plant, for an air quality permit (notice of construction) to construct and operate a flare to burn biogas at 1201 Basin Street, Warden.
The notice indicated that a public comment period will be held only if Ecology received a request for one, I would like to request that. Please hold a public comment period for this permit application.
