Environmental Review, Inc. has reviewed  the proposed  Hazardous Waste Management Facility Part I Permit for Trioxy, Incorporated and Fact Sheets; we have the following comments:

1. The Fact Sheet states that the documents are available for viewing at Louisiana Public Library. In order to foster community involvement, please make future permit application documents available for viewing online.

2. Email addresses were not included as a way to provide public comments. In order to foster community involvement, please provide the email address of the Project Manager on future Fact Sheets.
